Software vendor specialized in mobile network quality of service monitoring, serving telecom regulators across more than 10 African countries.

As Tech Lead, I drive the technical side of both products:

  • RPM System: maintenance of the legacy platform (PHP 5), running in parallel with a complete rewrite on a modern stack (Laravel, Filament, Livewire, TimescaleDB, Redis, Docker). Significant challenge on data volume and business complexity (KPI calculations following ITU standards).
  • DQoS: web and mobile application (Laravel, React, Capacitor) consuming data from RPM. Back-office for regulators and public-facing app allowing citizens to view network quality data and report issues.

My role covers design, development, architectural decisions, managing a small team, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Head of pedagogy for the Toulouse campus of EPSI and WIS schools, part-time alongside my freelance development activity.

A role primarily focused on management and operations: leading the pedagogical and administrative team, recruiting and managing trainers, managing the yearly budget, individual learner support, and facilities management.

Contribution to the quality assurance process: implementation and follow-up of Qualiopi certification requirements and participation in the national labeling audit.

Subcontracting mission at Airbus for nearly 5 years, on the OASIS project (Overall Aircraft Systems Integration Strategy).

Design and development of web applications for knowledge capitalization, aimed at streamlining communication between business teams.
